About Us
Care Aware is an information and advisory service specialising in elderly care funding advice in the UK. We have over 25 years experience advising on all aspects of the care system.
Our objectives are to improve public understanding and knowledge about the UK care system, to reinforce the rights and choices of the individual and to assist the public on the complex issues associated with elderly care funding advice issues.
Information about the care system may not be easy to gather and often, there will be a need for neutral and unbiased guidance. Care Aware was established to fulfil the role of providing independent advice on matters of care and to do so from the perspective of the individual in need.
Because Care Aware does not have any links to Social Services or Government Departments, it is able to provide information and guidance which is neutral and without external influence.
Our Prices
Our pricing options come in two forms. Our public subscription allows three months unlimited access to our helpline to help deal with any care related issues and questions a person may have. Our professional membership is for care homes or other companies, provided as an annual subscription. More details on each membership can be found below.
* From our experience, we have found that 3 months is a suitable period for care advice to be relayed, absorbed and undertaken. Any extension to this period is available on request.
