People at the Heart of Care

The recently update People at the Heart of Care initiative, setting out a 10-year vision for adult social care revolves around 3 objectives:

1. That people have choice, control and support to live independent lives.

2. That people can access outstanding quality and tailored care and support.

3. That people find adult social care fair and accessible.

This plan is presented as a crucial step towards the Government’s 10-year vision, who claim they will continue to engage with all those people and organisations at the heart of providing and drawing on care as they implement our reforms and make further progress towards our vision.
