Mind the Gap

The differential in the amount paid by those who self-fund their nursing home fee, compared to those supported by the state has been highlighted in a recent care market review.


Average council funded fee £779 per week

Average self-funded fee £1,075 per week


This difference amounts to more than £15,000 a year.
