Care staff turnover is a third

Staff turnover last year was 29.6% in residential homes and 36.8% in nursing homes according to data released by the Office for National Statistics .


This high level of staff change can only add to complaints about service standards from those needing care and reinforces the challenges faced by care providers to attract, train and retain staff.
