Quality ratings in April 2021 were almost identical to those in April 2020.


5% of services were rated overall ‘outstanding’, 80% were ‘good’, 15% ‘required improvement’ and 1% were ‘inadequate’. However, as a result of Covid-19, the CQC paused routine inspections.
