Care Home Acquisitions in Northern Ireland

Beaumont Care Homes have struck a deal to buy 29 Four Seasons Health Care sites in Northern Ireland for £36m, joint administrators have announced. Completion of the transaction, which is subject to regulatory approvals, is due to take place in the second quarter of this year.
